His leadership brought together alumni, faculty, and students in a reimagined recruitment model that prioritized diversity and a holistic approach to candidate evaluation.

At the College Board, Bob served as Vice President of the Middle States Region, where he led efforts to increase Advanced Placement (AP) participation and performance among underrepresented students—achieving a 91% increase in minority participation and a 99% improvement in success rates. He later joined the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) as Executive Vice President, where he launched BusinessCAS, a centralized application system that simplified the MBA admissions process and increased access for applicants and institutions worldwide.

Bob has long championed educational equity, exemplified by his work with Minds Matter, a national college access nonprofit. As a longtime board member and Interim Co-CEO, he helped strengthen university partnerships, grow fundraising efforts, and enhance student support systems. His passion for connecting people also extended to alumni engagement roles at the University of Pennsylvania and St. George’s University, where he led strategic initiatives to engage global alumni networks and drive institutional growth through inclusive programming.

Bob earned both his BA from the College of Arts and Sciences and his MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania. A mentor, speaker, and advocate, Bob remains dedicated to helping students unlock opportunity through education.
