DéJeune Antoine is an admissions coach and an attorney whose work bridges admissions, business and law. With degrees in science, engineering, business, and law – and hands-on experience across telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services – DéJeune brings a rare interdisciplinary lens to MBA admissions coaching.
A Harvard JD/MBA graduate and former Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) MBA Prep Fellow, DéJeune has coached numerous applicants into top MBA programs including Harvard Business School, Booth, and Kellogg. As a scientist at heart and consultant by training, she approaches each application with intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to helping her clients express their most authentic selves.
She’s especially skilled at working with candidates from non-traditional or STEM-based backgrounds and thrives on helping them translate their unique strengths into a compelling MBA narrative.

What’s your coaching superpower?
I want my clients to win! So I listen actively and I ask the hard questions that lead to those beautiful “aha” moments of self-discovery. From there, we can work together to build a narrative and application that offer your best shot at gaining acceptance to your desired MBA program.
What’s your top piece of advice for admissions candidates?
Tell the story that only you can tell. There are aspects of your identity and experience that work together to create a compelling admissions application. Focus on those things and don’t be afraid to dig deep.
