Jonathan Masland brings over a decade of high-impact MBA coaching and career leadership to Fortuna. As Executive Director of Career Services at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Jonathan worked closely with admissions and coached hundreds of MBAs pursuing careers in finance, private equity, tech, healthcare, energy, and entrepreneurship. His unique career lens helps applicants not only tell their story, but align it with real-world outcomes.

Jonathan started his coaching journey as a collegiate squash coach at Harvard, his alma mater, before moving into investment banking and eventually earning a dual MBA/MA through the Wharton-Lauder program. His professional path has spanned launching a fintech startup in San Francisco, advising on healthcare M&A, and building international experience while living in Mexico.

Today, Jonathan continues to coach MBA applicants, deliver educational programs in India, and pursue entrepreneurial ventures. He lives near Dartmouth with his wife and family and can often be found running off-leash packs of dogs through the trails around campus.
