Karla Cohen brings extensive experience in MBA admissions, with more than 16 years supporting applicants targeting the world’s most competitive programs – including Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.

At HBS, Karla spent three years as Associate Director of Doctoral Programs, where she led admissions, recruitment, and marketing initiatives. She also collaborated closely with the MBA admissions team, serving on the MBA interview board and playing a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent. At Stanford GSB, she contributed as an admissions file reader, providing further insight into how the school evaluates high-potential candidates.

Prior to her work at HBS and Stanford, Karla spent seven years at INSEAD, where she managed the PhD program and served as Assistant Director of Marketing and Admissions for the MBA and Executive MBA programs across the France and Singapore campuses.

Karla is also an artist whose paintings have been featured in several exhibitions. Drawing inspiration from her travels and personal experiences, Karla captures vibrant expressions in abstract and representational works, bringing a creative eye not only to her art but also to the storytelling process integral to successful MBA applications.
