Maya Howe brings a decade of deep admissions and coaching expertise across top-tier business and graduate programs. Most recently, she worked with the MBA admissions team at Harvard Business School. Prior to that, Maya spent over 10 years as a core member of the graduate admissions team at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, where she interviewed and evaluated global MBA candidates and helped shape the program’s diverse and dynamic incoming classes.

Her background includes leading DEI and recruiting partnerships with organizations like Forté, The Consortium, and Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Maya has developed a specialty in supporting candidates pursuing careers in social impact, sustainability, and healthcare, as well as applicants with unconventional paths to business school.

Currently, Maya coaches graduate students at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in the Educational Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship track, where she serves as a strategic, goal-oriented partner. Her in-depth understanding of the MBA ecosystem – paired with a talent for helping candidates align their stories with their aspirations – allows her to deliver a high-touch, personalized coaching experience.
