IE’s flagship International MBA is an accelerated program open only to those who have three or more years of work experience. Students can begin the program in September or January and choose from three different lengths: 11-, 15- and 19-month programs allow students to adapt to their professional career and personal development preferences. The MBA is also offered in two language tracks: English only or English and Spanish.

Deadlines: Rolling deadlines but it is highly recommended that you apply approximately one year to six months prior to program commencement.
Essays:
1.“Express Yourself”: Personal essay
“This section is important in understanding who you are, not just as a student but also as a person in order to grasp the value that you could add to our program. Take this as an opportunity to showcase your unique attributes and personality. There are three formats you can choose to express yourself: a video (max. 3 minutes), a PowerPoint presentation (max. 10 slides), or a written essay (between 550-650 words). Please pay special attention to punctuation, structure and content.”

2. Video Essay: Once you have submitted the online application and paid the application fee, you will receive a link to the online assessment, known as the Kira Assessment Kira. This allows the admissions team to get a sense of your personality and potential before proceeding to a possible interview. Completing the assessment is simple—you will be given 3 questions to answer in a set amount of time. One of your responses will be written, and two will be recorded via video. The whole process should only take 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
