Patty brings 30 years of experience in MBA admissions, marketing, and student life, most notably as Associate Dean for Chicago Booth’s EMBA program. She has admitted and connected with thousands of MBA students throughout their educational journeys. Most recently, Patty served on the Admissions Committee for Stanford GSB’s MSx program.

Patty was instrumental in expanding the Booth EMBA program globally, opening campuses in Europe and Asia. She traveled extensively to recruit applicants and partnered with colleagues from top business schools to promote the EMBA experience. She is the recipient of the highest award from the Executive MBA Council and has been a featured speaker at EMBA Council, GMAC, and AACSB conferences.

Patty earned an MS in Adult Education, a BA in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame, and completed multiple Chicago Booth Executive Education courses.
