Dylan’s MBA admissions expertise stems from a decade of experience in diverse higher education, consulting, and research settings – exposure that informs his ability to successfully coach MBA applicants with disparate academic and industry experience targeting HBS. As a former graduate assistant in Harvard Business School’s Office of MBA Admissions, Dylan worked on the diversity recruitment team and assessed summer program applications. Dylan holds an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education where he received his degree in Education Policy and Analysis with a concentration in Higher Education. He also earned an M.A. in Art History from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in the same discipline, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Haverford College.
